About this Collection

LEED Building Operations + Maintenance is a set of performance standards for certifying the operations and maintenance of existing commercial or institutional buildings and high-rise residential buildings of all sizes, both public and private. The intent is to promote high-performance, healthful, durable, affordable, and environmentally sound practices in existing buildings. LEED Building Operations + Maintenance applies to existing buildings that are undergoing improvement work or little to no construction.

This collection includes projects from all LEED Building Operations & Maintenance rating programs, including: LEED EB 2009, LEED EB 2008, LEED EB 2.2, and LEED v4 O+M.
