Hello there, I just wanted to share my experience with the KLM Airlines Southampton Office. It was truly excellent. I had to make some last-minute adjustments to my flight because of an unexpected family emergency, and their staff managed everything with a cool, professional demeanor that really impressed me. As soon as I phoned, I was welcomed warmly, and the staff didn't merely go through the motions. They listened, asked the appropriate questions, and provided me with all the options available, including some that I hadn't even thought of. Within 30 minutes, it was all rebooked, and I even got a follow-up email confirming the changes and providing further assistance if required. The office itself is simple to find, and the environment was more laid-back than I expected of a hectic airline hub. No waiting around, either – the individual who helped me, I think her name was Sarah, made the whole experience feel individualized and hassle-free. In an age where good customer service seems to be an ever more elusive commodity, KLM Airlines Southampton Office stands out as a refreshing exception. Highly recommend it! (Show Less)
