AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP “I love designing labs. A lab is a creative place of discovery, where the world’s smartest people push the envelope of human understanding.” Jacob specializes in the planning, design and construction of laboratory buildings. An experienced project manager and architect, he guides teams with collaborative listening and attention to detail. Jacob is heavily involved in every aspect of the design process, from lab planning, to design, engineering coordination, and construction. As Wilson Architects’ Director of Sustainable Design, Jacob focuses on energy efficiency. He has extensive experience with sustainable design, including a thorough understanding of LEED, energy modeling, life cycle cost analysis, and utility incentives.
