Michelle Reott has been solely responsible for directing Earthly Ideas’ managerial, operational, and technical services aspects since establishing the company in 1992. As the firm’s sustainability leader, she has proven expertise in implementing practical green building strategies in commercial, institutional, and industrial projects with over 25 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Using her well-honed project management abilities, she leads teams in fulfilling sustainable design goals with effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a conscientious focus on problem solving. As a degreed engineer, Michelle excels in organization, planning, and analysis and is flexible, proactive, and resourceful in detail-critical situations.
